Local Food Shopping
We are very fortunate to be able to get the best quality food in Cornwall. The farming industry is predominantly dairy and beef, and the fishing industry has more varieties of fish landed than probably anywhere else in the world. This is what attracts top chefs to the area.
So, in addition to trying out some of the local restaurants why not get a top quality steak from Butcher George, or call in at a fish shop and get the catch of the day, or even pop into a local bakery and try the world famous Cornish pasty. If you are vegetarian or vegan look out for a well stocked farm shop to pick out some seasonal vegetables.
These are our nearest food shops.
