Nothing says summer more than a field full of beautiful and thriving sunflowers!

It is that time of year when Higher Tregorrick Farm open their annual sunflower trail to the public. The gates open on Sunday the 11th of August from 10am. Take a walk within the sunflower maze while learning facts about the marvellous flowers and the small creatures that you will see resting on them.

Refreshments will be on available on site to purchase, and freshly cut Cornish sunflowers can be bought to take home, either per stem or a bunch.

The entry fee for the trail is a £5 charitable donation, which will be spit equally and donated to the Children’s Hospice South West and Cornwall Hospice Care. Anyone under the age of 5 years old can enter for free.

From this Sunday, the trail will be open from 10am - 8pm on weekends, and 12pm - 6pm on weekdays.

Go to Higher Tregorrick Farm’s website for more information.

These pictures are from August 2022, but a 2024 trip is certainly in the calendar!
