Hear tales of the paranormal in a 16th centry fortress…
Good morning and happy Friday!
Do you enjoy a ghost story? How about hearing one while you’re in a 16th century fortress? If that sounds like your kind of thing, then Halloween at Pendennis Castle just might be the perfect half term activity for you and your family. From tomorrow, and until next Sunday (03/11/2024), Pendennis Castle will be hosting their spooky themed event. Storytellers will be there throughout the day to tell you some eerie (and child-friendly!) Tales about local ghost sightings and Cornish folklore. There is also an Halloween themed quest to take part in with plenty of puzzles and other activities to keep the whole family entertained, and you may even win the title of ‘Halloween Hero’.
There is also so much to explore at Pendennis Castle. Learn about the history of the fortress that once belonged to King Henry VIII, all whilst being surrounded by beautiful views of the southern coast of Cornwall.
